1. Payment – Amylooz accepts Visa, MC, AX and Discover via a secured online website at www.paypal.com. PayPal is a premier online bank which provides top rated and fully secure payment procedures. If you will be using one of the above mentioned credit cards, Amylooz will send you an email with a “request for payment” and you will respond to that email which will take you through a secured procedure to pay with your credit card. This process is easy and very quick.
Amylooz requires payment in advance via credit card for all out of state orders. Amylooz will not begin baking your order until the payment is secured.

2. Freshness Guarantee - Although Amylooz Cookiez taste great for 3 weeks in sealed packaging, we suggest for maximum freshness that you plan to eat them within one week of receiving them. Amylooz Handpainted Shortbread Cookiez hold up great in the freezer and it is suggested that if you want to eat your cookiez at a much later date that you freeze them as soon as you receive them. Some Amylooz designs and colors may fade or be effected slightly in the freezing process.
3. Ordering - Amylooz Handpainted Shortbread Cookiez is committed to giving you very best in customer service. All orders will be shipped as early as possible. During the busy Holiday season orders should be placed one week prior to the ship date (not the arrival date), in other words we prefer to have a one week lead time before shipping..... BUT we will do all we can to meet any needs you have in regards to rush orders. We will also be glad to discuss with you expedited shipping options. Just ask us !
4. Shipping
Amylooz Handpainted Shortbread Cookiez ships to anywhere in the continental US. We will even include a free personal message from you on a gift card. We require the personal message when taking the order.
Amylooz Handpainted Shortbread Cookiez must receive payment in full before shipping out (or baking) any orders. (Please see Payment.)
